Just has a faulty strap
Hi Nupur, We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Bright Spark strap. It may be that the clasp has missed out on a drop of lubricating oil during manufacture. You can try a small drop of oil (can even be olive oil) at the point where the clasp opens + this should help it to open + close freely. I’m really glad I bought this bumbag. It’s roomy and well-made. The zippers feel heavy and glide open easily. Every time I wear the bag I get comments on how nice it is. I love it.
