Great bag that fits a surprising amount in it. As a larger chested girl I do find I wouldn’t want the strap any smaller, although I was expecting that. Great customer service in store when I wanted to try on the bag to make sure I would be happy with the purchase - and happy with the purchase I am! I will probably buy a longer strap until the future, but for now, it is fab.

Australia...and I've owned a few. I was debating cross-body bags and read some great reviews on this one. I took a leap of faith especially as I read the strap was smaller and I'm fuller figure/chest. and BOY AM I GLAD I BOUGHT IT. It's hands down the BEST bag ever - perfect size, easy to open and close, it's beautiful, badass strap design and can be worn so many ways... looks great during the day in activewear as well as at night going out for dinner. It ticks so many boxes it's unbelievable. I have had FOUR friends buy this after seeing mine and all say the same thing. If you're a "one bag at a time" gal or guy then this is for you... would look great on a man too actually. Sidenote: the front pocket fits an iphone13 pro max so don't stress if you have a large phone. LOVE THIS BAG.

I would hate for someone larger than me to order this bag. It fits around my waist with a little extra room. I am a US size medium... FORGET trying to get it on with a winter coat...even crossbody it doesn't fit over my head with my winter coat. Beautiful and perfect without a coat. So warning you'll have to purchase and additional strap. Which I am now trying desperately to find one with black details since all the metal on here is black...
United StatesHi Danielle, We really appreciate the feedback on the Petite Smuggler, and particularly including a photo - it's always helpful to see the bags on different bodies. We're very aware that the strap on the Smuggler is smaller, which is why we mention it twice in the product description online and include a link to the matching longer Barricade strap. It was designed to wear around the waist or for high crossbody wear, so we chose a mid size length strap to suit as many bodies as possible, with the option to add a longer strap if that suits. We include strap measurements on every product so customers can determine if it's right for them. We don't claim to be a perfect fit for everyone, but we work within the constraints of small business + factory minimums to cater for as wide a size range as possible. I'm a Aus size 14-16 (L/XL) and I wear the bag, sometimes with the original strap and sometimes with a longer Barricade strap if I want a lower hang. It definitely fits around my waist, but admittedly I've never tried to put it over a winter coat - I generally wear it under a coat, but that's my personal preference. The quality and workmanship of this bag is amazing. I love this bag, easy to carry as a cross body bag and free your hands. I did end up buying a thin strap as I found the thick strap it came with too thick and a little restrictive. I think the thin strap is classier and a little more subtle. Will definitely be buying more bags when the new collection arrives. High recommend!

I was blown away with the care taken into packaging my goodies, I got this as well as a small wallet and gold chain, there was a gorgeous hand written thank you note and a little extra knick knack bag, it really is the little things that make it something extra special. The quality of this product is incredible, good solid zips and Hardwear, soft vegan leather and a gorgeous suede like interior that is soft to the touch and compliments the bag well. My phone fits snuggly in the front pouch and I've got plenty of room for my daily necessities without it feeling bulky. I'm not usually one for large branding but I love the strap proudly stating the brand and ethos. Fits comfortably as both a bumbag and over the shoulder sling.
