Just has a faulty strap
Hi Nupur, We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Bright Spark strap. It may be that the clasp has missed out on a drop of lubricating oil during manufacture. You can try a small drop of oil (can even be olive oil) at the point where the clasp opens + this should help it to open + close freely. Ensure you wipe off the excess so it doesn't drip onto the bag or strap. Please reach out to us at studio@sansbeast.com if you continue to have an issue. 🖤
I’m really glad I bought this bumbag. It’s roomy and well-made. The zippers feel heavy and glide open easily. Every time I wear the bag I get comments on how nice it is. I love it.

It is stylish, roomy and comfortable. It will definitely be on a high rotation. Love the pocket at the front for phone or keys and the colour is perfect.
What a wonderfully versatile crossbody bag. I wear it everywhere and it goes with (almost) everything - and frankly, I reckon I could style it with formal wear if I needed to. The olive colour way is so versatile, it really is a neutral.
