    COVID-19 Response

    To our dear Sans Beast Community - 

    As the unprecedented effects of the COVID-19 pandemic continue to evolve, our priority is the safety + wellbeing of our team, our customers + our community. 

    Our website remains open for business, and the studio team are available for any questions or queries at,or via our social channels on Instagram or Facebook.

    We have taken numerous steps, adhering to all relevant government guidelines, to minimise the risk to our team + customers, including:

    • Studio team working from home.
    • A maximum of 2 team members working in our warehouse at any one time, with safe social distancing maintained.
    • Increased cleaning + sanitising of our warehouse work surfaces.
    • Increased hand hygiene for our warehouse team.
    • Contactless handover of goods to our courier services.


    Sans Beast Studio:

    Our studio at Clik Collective Kensington is no longer open for browsing + purchasing onsite, however customers are still able to collect their orders.  Email us at to arrange contactless pickup from Clik Collective reception. 



    We understand that not everyone can get to a post office at this time, so for any items purchased after March 16th, 2020, we will honour a late return if you’ve been unable to send goods back due to self isolation.  All other terms and conditions of our returns policy remain unchanged.



    We continue to pack + despatch orders on a needs basis, however to ensure optimum efficiency + safety for our team, some delays may occur in despatch depending on volume of orders received daily.

    Additionally, Australia Post advise deliveries within Australia and internationally may be delayed due to higher volumes, flight cancellations + government restrictions.  

    Deliveries to the US + Canada in particular, as well as some European countries, are experiencing significant delays, with many taking 6 weeks to arrive + on occasion up to 8 weeks.   We will email you upon receipt of your order, before despatching, to check that you're aware of the delays, and offer you the option of cancelling your order if you so wish.  

    If you do proceed - firstly, THANK YOU, we love your commitment!  Secondly, we DO understand that delays are frustrating, as we cannot accurately predict arrival dates.  We ask for your patience with postal + courier services during this challenging time.  Trust us, we've tried yelling, screaming, stamping our feet + crying into our pillow, but nothing changes: this is the way of the world right now, and we've got to ride it out.  As always, you can track the progress of your delivery via the tracking notification you receive from us.
