A final note from us: There are so many events we’re excited to experience this season, however there is one event we won’t be participating in + that’s the Spring Racing Carnival.

We know race days look glamorous (been there, done that), but we can’t deny horse racing exists to use animals for human profit, and when profit is the main driver, exploitation exists.  Horses deserve better from us. We stand with the horses, past + present, who are pushed to triumph for humans + if they’re deemed surplus are sent to a grim + terrifying death. 

This year, as always, we believe we can find another reason to get together + celebrate. So we’ll be saying Nup To The Cup.
