We offer free standard shipping on Australian + NZ orders over $249 AUD.

We offer a welcome 10% discount when you join our mailing list. Sign up + we'll send you a code. The discount can be applied to your first full priced order over $100 AUD + the code must be entered at checkout.

Alternatively, you can opt to use the Bundle discount, when combining a full priced bag + strap, or bag + wallet. An automatic 10% bundle discount will be applied. This cannot be combined with your welcome discount.

We don't do regular sales, however when we do offer sales or promotions, our Signature collection is not included.

Standard (metro) domestic orders over $249 AUD are shipped free of charge and will generally be delivered within 3-5 business days (AU east cost) of being shipped. Regional areas + AU west coast may take a little longer. 

STANDARD AU SHIPPING

A $10 flat fee applies for orders less than $249 AUD.

STANDARD NZ SHIPPING

A $15 flat fee applies for orders less than $249 AUD.

EXPRESS AU SHIPPING

Express Post (AU) shipping for orders over $249 AUD is available for a flat charge of $7.50.

Express Post (AU) shipping for orders sub $249 AUD is available for a flat charge of $15. 

Metro East Coast Australia - 1-2 Business Days.

Regional + West Coast Australia - 2-3 business days as per AusPost, possibly 4-5 days if you're remote or during extreme weather circumstances (eg flooding).

Please note that Sans Beast is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We encourage the use of Parcel Lockers if you have any concerns about the safety of leaving your parcel unattended.

Limited offer: Free US shipping on orders $300+ AUD. Please allow 6-10 days for delivery.

General: We ship to most locations worldwide with both standard + courier options available. If you are unsure if we ship to your location, please contact us at studio@sansbeast.com for advice on shipping options.

Standard shipping: We use Australia Post International Standard service for deliveries to destinations outside Australia.

AusPost International Standard shipping costs are based on weight + this will be calculated at checkout. All parcels are tracked and you will receive an email update when your order is on its way. 

Country specific delivery estimates are available online at Australia Post. Delivery times listed are estimates for delivery between metro areas of major cities and EXCLUDE any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside the control of AusPost.  

We have found that international deliveries vary greatly depending on the destination country - this, unfortunately is out of our control. 

DHL Express Worldwide is
now available as an express shipping option for countries outside Australia + applicable DHL shipping charges will be listed at checkout.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware, taxes + duties are separate charges to the shipping charge + may be incurred at your destination - they are NOT included in your Sans Beast cart.

Typically, orders received by 12 noon (AEST/AEDT) will be despatched that day. 

Orders received after 12 noon will go the following day.

Please understand that same day despatch may not always be possible during high volume periods such as Sale + we ask for your patience.

Once we despatch, a tracking number is shared with you.

We currently accept all major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard and VISA along with Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna and AfterPay (Aus accounts only).

You are most welcome to do click + collect from our Sans Beast Brunswick HQ at Unit 6, 62 Fallon Street, Brunswick 3056. We are open 10-6 weekdays, excluding public holidays, and 12-4 Saturdays. You can select click + collect at checkout or if you decide after checkout to pickup, just let us know at studio@sansbeast.com. Naturally if you've been charged shipping, we will refund this upon you collecting your order in person.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us at studio@sansbeast.com within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it cannot be modified.

Please contact us at studio@sansbeast.com and we will track your item/s.  Please note that if you've ordered from outside Australia, we are limited in our capacity to track your item to your door - however we will do our best to support you.

Whilst we are confident you will love your Sans Beast item/s, if for some reason you are unhappy, we will gladly offer a refund (less original shipping cost) for change of mind returns with the following criteria being met:

+ Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item (extended to 30 days during the Christmas period.)

+ Contact us at studio@sansbeast.com to advise of your return, making sure to include your order number so we can quickly identify you + speed up the process.


+ Your item/s must be returned in brand new, unworn, undamaged condition, with original tags attached, in protective postal packaging. Return to:

+ Please send your parcel within 14 days of your original order date + share tracking information with us at studio@sansbeast.com.


+ We do not offer free returns, therefore return postage must be covered by the buyer. We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.


+ Returns of items that have the tags removed will not be accepted.


+ It's important to use the original packaging when returning items, to ensure they are not squashed or damaged in transit. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged.


+ Sale items are not eligible for change of mind returns. Please choose wisely.


+ Sample Sale items are sold in 'as is' condition, with any flaws or faults noted, and cannot be returned or exchanged.


+ If you are exchanging your item, please be mindful that our collections are not bought in heavy volume, so we cannot guarantee that your preferred item will be available at the time of exchange.


+ This policy does not replace or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If you've opted for refund, your refund will be issued within 3
business days of us receiving your returned item/s. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund* has been finalised.

 *Refunds may take up to 2 days to appear in your account depending on your method of payment.

Quality is our priority at Sans Beast.  Your order is thoroughly checked by our (very pedantic) warehouse team before being sent your way, and we do our best to ensure your item/s arrive in perfect condition.

If for some reason you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email us at  studio@sansbeast.com once you've inspected your order, with a photo of your item. Don’t forget to include your order number so we can support you at pace.

Please note, waiting weeks to let us know about a mark on the bag will be deemed as a post purchase situation + not the responsibility of Sans Beast. We will however do our best to provide advice + support when it comes to cleaning + caring for your bag.
