The zips are smooth and the bag is soft and comfortable. It has large opening big enough to fit a large phone (iPhone max), purse & make up. I upgraded and added the Licorice + Gunmetal Corridor Bag Strap which completely transforms the bag to a modern casual feel. Highly recommend and couldn’t be happier!
