During the festive season, our return period is extended to 30 days. Goods must still be unworn + undamaged to be returned.
Please contact us at studio@sansbeast.com to advise if you will be returning your goods, then follow the below directions for return address. Be sure to include your name + order number on your parcel so we can quickly identify you + speed up the process.
+ Your item/s must be returned to Sans Beast HQ at Unit 6, 62 Fallon Street, Brunswick Victoria 3056 Australia in its original packaging, with dust cover bag, brand new, unworn, undamaged and with its original tags still attached, in protective postal packaging. Please share tracking information with us at studio@sansbeast.com.
+ Returns of items that have the tags removed will not be accepted.
+ It's important to use the original packaging when returning items, to ensure they are not squashed or damaged in transit. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged.
+ If you wish to return a gift, you will need to provide the purchaser's name and order number. Any refund will be applied to the purchaser's original method of payment.
+ Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. Please choose wisely.
+ We do not offer free returns, therefore return postage must be covered by the buyer.
