Our charity update for 2022: How every Sans Beast purchase you make is helping us make a meaningful impact.
As we reflect on the last 12 months, we are looking back on the work we - thanks to our Sans Beast community - have been able to do with our charity partners. We are proud to say that we have donated over $23,000 during this time.
We committed to donating to Edgar's Mission from day 1 of Sans Beast. This sanctuary for rescued farm animals is in Lancefield, outside Melbourne, and relies solely on donations to continue their incredible work.
"We rescue and provide sanctuary to animals in need, currently providing lifelong love and care to over 400 rescued animals. Through education, outreach, advocacy, community enrichment and farm tours, we encourage people to expand their circle of compassion to include all animals." Edgar's Mission
Sans Beast donates $1 from every purchase to Edgar's Mission, as well as the gross profits from every sale of the Everything Pouch. We're thrilled to say that this has helped us raise a total of $9,196 for Edgar's Mission over the last year.
In addition, our expanded donation roster also includes One Tree Planted + Sea Shepherd.
We plant a tree for every order placed on our website + offer customers the option to contribute additional trees if they choose. This last financial year we've planted 8107 trees + donated $11,843 to One Tree Planted.
The work of Sea Shepherd, an ocean conservation movement dedicated to defending marine wildlife worldwide, has been supported by monthly donations from Sans Beast, totalling $1908.
Thank you to everyone that has bought from us over the past year - every purchase helps the critical work done by these three wonderful organisations. As a purpose led brand that aims to walk the walk everyday, we are proud of how we are able to give back to the causes that are important to us - and important to the world.
