CAN I RETURN SAMPLE SALE ITEMS?
No, Sample Sale items are not eligible for returns, repairs or exchanges. They may have imperfections or signs of wear and any notable issue will be listed + the item priced accordingly.
CAN I COMBINE MY ORDERS?
If you place multiple orders during the Sample Sale, our warehouse team will combine them + refund any duplicate shipping charges.
WHY ARE ITEMS IN MY CART NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
This often happens during Sample Sale as sample stock is limited + sells out very quickly. Items are not saved in your cart and orders are only finalised once payment has been made, so we recommend checking out as you go if you want multiple items + we'll refund shipping charges as needed.
CAN I ADD ANOTHER DISCOUNT CODE?
No further discount codes or offers are applicable on Sample Sale or Warehouse clearance styles.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Click + Collect orders will be ready to pick up from Thursday 17 April, ahead of the Easter long weekend. The SB Studio will re-open for pick ups on Tuesday 22 April.
